Make a Bluetooth USB Dongle out of a bluetooth enabled Cell Phone?

Is this possible, for my to hack a bluetooth phone and use it as a USB dongle for my laptop?

Dongle for what? Wifi? If the phone has a wifi transceiver. And if you have access to an integrated circuit foundry.
