Can I use my keyboard/mouse Bluetooth dongle for my cell phone as well?

I have a Logitech Bluetooth 2.0 EDR that came with my wireless keyboard/mouse combo (M/N C-UV35, P/N 831406-3000). Is it possible to use this USB thingy to connect to my Bluetooth cell phone and other accessories?

I don’t think so.

If the device wasn’t made for the phone, then it would be best not to try it.
